I want to take this opportunity to Thank all of you that have supported our VetteFest Weekend and Car Show over the past 20 years and invite you to the 21st Adirondack VetteFest Weekend,  September 7^th -9^th, 2012. We had a good turnout and a lot of fun last year despite a hurricane, earthquake, tropical storm, flooding, etc. So without these negative acts of nature we expect a bigger, better and even more enjoyable experience for all our participants this year.

The location of the Adirondack VetteFest for 2012 remains the Ramada-Glens Falls/Lake George Area, Queensbury, NY, just off Exit 19 of I-87 the Adirondack Northway. The award winning restaurant/lounge and banquet facility, The Grill at the Ramada, will again host our Welcome Reception, Breakfasts, Cocktail Hour, Banquet and Dance on Saturday evening.  We received very positive feedback from many of our participants regarding our move to the Ramada about the accommodations and the hospitality of the Ramada staff. We had good feedback regarding the reception, cocktail hour and Banquet. They have demonstrated that they are responsive to our suggestions and concerns.

We will open our weekend on Friday with our Welcome Reception with ChefÕs choice of hors dÕ oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages (a cash bar will be available) hosted by The Grill. Our weekend package does not include a set dinner at our host hotel for Friday night to afford our guest more flexibility in their dining choice. We had such a great time last year with our CruisinÕ to Mr. BillÕs Drive-In for the Corvette Car Show with the 50Õs/60Õs music, good food and ice cream that we are going to do it again this year. We will offer two options for Saturday, our Auto Cross on Prospect Mountain or a Scenic Adirondack Road Tour.  

Saturday evening The Grill will host a complimentary cocktail hour with ChefÕs choice of hors dÕ oeuvres, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This will be followed by our Banquet and evening of Music, Dancing and Fun. SundayÕs All Corvette Car Show will be in a designated section around the Ramada in an area reserved for the Adirondack VetteFest participants and our Vendors.

All this for the same cost as last year plus The Ramada is giving special discounted room prices for those who would like to come in early or stay longer to enjoy the Lake George Area.  See Package Prices on separate page on our website.  So come join us and the other friends youÕve met over the years at the 21^st Adirondack VetteFest, September 7^th – 9^th, 2012. Make your reservations any time after2/1/2012 by contacting the Ramada-Glens Falls/Lake George Area at 518-793-7701 and identify yourself as a participant at the Adirondack VetteFest 2012. Inform them of any dietary or other needs. Reservations will not be accepted online or through the 1-800 number.
