I want to take this opportunity to Thank all of you that have supported our VetteFest Weekend and Car Show over the past 19 years. This September 9^th -11^th, 2011 will mark the 20^th Adirondack VetteFest Weekend and we are looking forward to having the Best Weekend ever. We will have a few surprises in store for you and have made some changes that will make your experience more enjoyable.

We have changed the location of VetteFest from Roaring Brook to the Ramada-Glens Falls/Lake George Area, Queensbury, NY, just off Exit 19 of the Northway (I-87). We have made this change for several reasons. In the past we have had some negative comments regarding the quality of the rooms. The Ramada has 110 recently remolded rooms with either 2 Full Size Beds or a King, refrigerators and microwaves in selected rooms (just request when making reservation), new bedding, granite and marble showers, vanities, and massage showerheads in all rooms. These rooms are great and a huge step up from previous years. There are two handicapped accessible rooms (#115 & 116) available when making reservation and if you prefer not to use the stairs for second floor rooms, just request first floor when making your reservation. The Ramada has the areaÕs largest indoor heated pool, plus complimentary high speed wireless internet and more. The Ramada is also home to an award winning restaurant/lounge and banquet facility, The Old Hofbrauhaus, where we will have our Banquet and Dance on Saturday evening.

We will open our weekend with our usual Welcome Reception with ChefÕs choice of hors dÕ oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages (a cash bar will be available). Another change for this year is that we do not have a set dinner at our host hotel for Friday night. We hope this will afford our guest more flexibility in what they would like to do Friday evening. We plan on having a couple of events for you to choose from or if you would prefer to be on your own with friends or fellow club members and explore the Glens Falls, Lake George, Saratoga region , you have the option to do so. Saturday we will have our Auto Cross on the Mountain and a Scenic Cruise as usual with a fantastic ending at one of the largest private collection of over 60 vintage Corvettes owned by Jack Gillette, consisting primarily of C-1Õs & C-2Õs which includes two 1953 and four 1954 vettes.

Another extra this year is a complimentary cocktail hour with ChefÕs choice of hors dÕ oeuvres as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages hosted by the Ramada and the Old Hofbrauhaus followed by our Banquet and evening of Dancing. SundayÕs Car Show will be in a designated section around the Ramada in an area reserved for the Adirondack VetteFest participants and our Vendors.

Inform them of any dietary or other needs. Reservations will not be accepted on line or through the 1-800 number.
